Our birds are hand-raised in a loving, home-based environment. They are socialized daily, well cared for, and treated as family from the moment they hatch. Health, temperament, and propercare are always top priorites.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because our birds are living animals and extremely sensitive to their environment, refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to specific conditions. — Our birds leave our care healthy and well-socialized. Once they leave our home, we cannot be responsible for factors outside of our control, including improper handling, environmental exposure, or failure to follow care instructions. In rare situations where a health concern arises shortly after placement, we may require medical documentation to determine the cause before any consideration is given.

Do you ship outside of Alabama?

Are your birds raised around people and daily activities?

Yes. Our birds are raised in a home environment and are exposed to normal daily activities, including with children, helping them become comfortable and well-adjusted companions.

What is required before taking home a bird?

After deposit, all buyers must review and sign our care agreement prior to placement. This ensures expectations are clear and helps protect the health and well-being of our birds.
